 Whoa! The energy has been super intense this last week since the Lionsgate Portal opened on July 25th!
How have you been navigating the energies lately? Have you felt triggered? Are you witnessing some deep wounds rise to the surface? Are you experiencing any resistance or push back? I can feel lots of new opportunities knocking on my door, and as they do, I’m being asked to let go of more and more old patterns, thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve me. In order to make room for the new, we must clean out the old. And that is exactly what the Universe is asking us to do right now. A lot of people’s core wounds have been triggered around the themes of relationships, health, and/or finances. The Universe is asking us to literally excavate our deepest wounds and triggers from the depths of our being, so each one of us can step into a higher level of service to ourselves, our loved ones and the planet. Here are a few tips to navigate these energies: 1). Breathe! If you're anxious or stressed out, it means that you're either stuck thinking about the past or worrying about what hasn't happened yet in the future. Come back to the present moment through your breathe. I invite you to: Take a deep breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breathe for 4 seconds, exhale loudly for 4 seconds, and then hold your breathe for 4 seconds. Rinse & Repeat at least 3 times to clear your head, open your heart and listen to what your soul is whispering to you. 2). Don't take anything personally! There's a lot of projection going on right now. When people are triggered, sometimes they project their fear or wounds onto the people that are closest to them (ie their partner, family or best friends). I invite you to discern what, if any, is your wound versus taking on someone else's projection as your own wounding. 3). Don't make any life changing decisions from a place of fear. Instead, shift your energy to a state of empowerment and then choose what is most aligned with your soul's purpose. I have had so many new and old clients, as well as friends and family, reach out for support this last week! So I wanted to check in with you to see how you’re feeling.  Today's Lunar Eclipse is about the integration of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine within ourselves. It's about balancing the importance of having a strong foundation, structure and container to allow insight and inspiration to arise and flow through, where inspired action leads to ALCHEMY. This is the Divine Dance we all get to play with in our daily lives.
You will know once this merge is fully integrated within you. As you will feel like this is the beginning of the rest of your life!!! The FREEDOM CODES have been blasting us with LIGHT these last few months preparing us for this eclipse, which is a glimpse of what is yet to come in 2020! Now is the time to RISE! Now is the time to WAKE UP! Now is the time to let go of any and all ways that no longer serve your highest truth, as you ALIGN YOUR HEART AND SOUL on a new path that lights your soul on fire! I am sending each one of you so much love, light and blessings on this special day as you receive these upgrades within your being! Enjoy the magic and miracles that you are creating and attracting as you step into the next level of service on this planet! If you've been doing the inner work, or are embarking on this journey now, this will be a beautiful time for you full of synchronicities and confirmation that you are on the right path. Now is the time we all get to REAP THE REWARDS of all the seeds we've planted over the last several years! If you've been resisting, suppressing or escaping an aspect of your self, this may be a frustrating time for you where you are sick and tired of the same pattern happening over and over again. Your core wounds and patterns may be rising to the surface, as they can't be ignored any longer. It may not seem like it now, but I promise it's a gift that's begging you to do some deep healing, clearing and transmutation. I invite you to SURRENDER, LET GO AND TRUST that the Universe and your soul are nudging you in a slightly different direction. Remember, on the other side of the resistance is the life you've always dreamt of and will fulfill you more than you can ever imagine! I believe in you! Keep shining your light! Trust the process! Feel free to reach out anytime :) Let's Chat!  My guides woke me up this morning and told me that “today is the beginning of the rest of your life”. We moved through an energetic portal on Sunday, where we released a lot of density, old stories and old ways of being that kept us stuck, playing small and held us back from freely expressing our gifts with the world through our own unique voice. This portal also assisted us with embodying our lessons from 2018, which was a massive year and tore a lot of people apart. We needed to fall apart in 2018, so we could consciously re-build a solid foundation from where we can share our gifts and be of service from a pure space. And today is the day where our slate is wiped clean, and everything that was holding us back before has no power over us anymore!
I received new guides this morning that woke me up early to say, “let’s get to work!” Today signifies the midpoint in 2019. We have 6 months under our belt, and 6 months to go. The last 6 months have prepared us for today - the beginning of the rest of our lives. A lot of people have made significant changes in their lives including moving countries/states/cities (I moved from Australia to Kauai in February), leaving corporate jobs and starting their own businesses, ending old relationships and beginning new relationships. All of these changes are preparing you for what’s to come. And if you haven’t experiences any big changes yet, yours may be coming soon, so be prepared, open and ready. It feels like the Universe is shuffling people and opportunities around, re-aligning us with our soul’s highest purpose here on earth and connecting us with the right people and opportunities to fulfill our soul’s purpose. The Universe is setting us all up for success in preparation for the global changes that are coming in 2020. I invite you to take some time today to do some reflective journaling about your life and the choices that you’ve made in the last 6 months that have gotten you to where you are today. Be honest with yourself! * Are you happy? * Are you living in an environment that speaks to and nourishes your soul? * Are you in a job/career that lights your soul on fire? * Are you positively contributing to and impacting your community? * Are your friends/loved ones/community supporting you to grow and expand? * Are you expanding your mind through books/podcasts/articles/videos on topics that speak to your soul? * Are you moving your body every day? * Are you feeding your body nourishing foods that provide you energy and sustenance to show up fully for your self and others? * Are you creating a space of silence and stillness within your day to clear your mind and listen deeply to whatever wants to move through you? * Are you taking full responsibility for the footprint you are leaving on this earth? * What kind of legacy are you creating? Once you reflect on these, create a plan so you can choose to fully show up for your self, your loved ones and your community. And then reach out for support. Share your plans and get feedback from friends or colleagues.
