Activate Your Pineal Gland Through Sungazing​

2020 is a year of Clear Vision (2020 Vision)… and we’ve definitely been seeing "Beyond The Veils" on a Global Scale lately…

Now it’s up to each one of us to Choose to See New Truths within our Own Hearts/Souls/Eyes... 

Sun Gazing is an easy, fun and powerful way to Accelerate our Awakening & Ascension Journeys!  It is also one of the best ways to Activate our Pineal Gland so we can open ourselves up to seeing and experiencing life through a New Purified Lens.  It is through our own Purity that we can experience New Possibilities beyond what we thought was possible before.    

All that is required is Sunshine and an Open Heart-Mind!

Activating our Pineal Gland allows us to see that which was once hidden, beyond the veils of illusions we once believed... This is where our Open Heart-Mind comes in.  We must be willing to let go of old beliefs/stories/programming/conditioning, so we can be open to the possibility of seeing/choosing/experiencing Higher Aligned Realities. 

Sun Gazing also charges our LightBody, giving us creative energy and inspiration to be of service in even more ways as we Anchor our own versions of Heaven On Earth.  It also raises our Vibrational Frequency and boosts our immune system... so basically this may become one of your new daily priorities if you're not already doing this.

Anytime you activate a lot of Light Codes and raise your vibration, your LightBody goes through re-wiring, re-writing and re-configuration processes that clears out old programming/conditioning and upgrades your DNA.  You may find that you need a lot more sleep (both during the day and night) to allow these upgrades to occur.  This is also going to start opening up new neural pathways in your brain so you can function from Higher Mind Consciousness, which can be an uncomfortable part of the process as one typically experiences intense pressure in the head over the coming days/weeks/months/years.  I've found that bananas, magnesium, coffee, massage or peppermint oil can sometimes help alleviate the discomfort while simultaneously supporting this important upgrade, and other times nothing works beyond getting in bed and blacking out all the lights/external stimulus.

A Soul siStar shared this Activation with me in January and it has opened up a Whole New World of Possibilities and Realities beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of!  I've also slept a lot, experienced intense pressure in my head where I've felt like my head was going to explode and have had to use a black out eye mask so I could block out the external world/light and go deep inside to clear old programming that has kept me in fear and separation, and I've moved from a home that felt very constricting to a beautiful home that feels expansive and supports me in fulfilling Higher Service Roles.

A Great Central Sun Activation

On a sunny day, go outside and lay on your back in a lounge chair or on the grass.

Form a triangle with your two hands like the picture above, and hold the triangle up towards the sun so the sun sits in the center of your triangle.

Now gaze softly towards the sun and feel the light enter your pineal gland/3rd eye.

Your eyes may squint or need some time to adjust, and that’s ok.

Consciously breathe and open your self up to receiving more of the light from the sun into your body through your third eye.

 You may see beams of different colored light rays stream from the sun down into your physical body.

These are the light codes and activations that unlock new information from within, raise your vibrational frequency and charge your LightBody.  

The more you can soften your gaze through your 3rd eye, the more light beams and light codes can stream into your LightBody through various colors and frequencies.

When you feel ready to receive even more light, you can let your hands relax by your side and allow the sun to pour light directly into your LightBody.

Breathe in the light.  

Feel the sun’s golden rays activate from within you.  

Allow your LightBody to glow from the inside out as it becomes the Great Central Sun from the inside.

Feel Your Heart Beaming Wide Open As You Receive The Light Codes And Activations That Support You In Shifting Into Higher Dimensions!

Play with it and have fun as you open your self up to seeing more!  Witness any changes to how you feel/see/experience in the coming days/weeks, as everything may morph and change.
