 Happy Fall Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and Happy Spring Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere! The Equinox is a time for us to reflect on where we've been, to let go of the old stories and plant seeds for who we want to become next.
We have 100 days till the end of 2019, so the questions I've been asking myself, and invite you to do the same, are: Who do I want to be in 2020? Who do I get to be today to embody the 2020 version of myself now? Where do I want my business to be in 2020? What action steps do I get to take today to make that a reality now? What kind of relationships do I want to have in 2020? Who do I get to become today to attract those relationships now? Where do I want to live in 2020? What action steps am I taking today to make that a reality now? What kind of lifestyle do I want to lead in 2020? What action steps am I taking today to make that a reality now? How do I want my health to be in 2020? What action steps am I taking today to make that a reality now? I invite you to be honest with your self as you journal about these questions and allow the answers to flow through you. It's important to be crystal clear about who we want to become, so we know which action steps we can take today to embody the future versions of our desired selves.  When you have the COURAGE to FOLLOW YOUR HEART, your SOUL'S PATH will EMERGE and your MIND will finally be at PEACE! Today is a significant day! It is 9/9/19. The number nine in numerology is all about endings, letting go and completing a life cycle. For me, it feels like a graduation of the old me who was a master escape artist, a champion of hide and seek, and an idea junkie who has too many "pie in the sky ideas" and haven't grounded them into reality yet. Today, I'm choosing to draw a line in the sand and am re-committing to myself! Here Are My New Declarations 1. I choose to continually show up for myself and my business no matter how uncomfortable it feels! 2. I choose to be more visible in my business, despite any fears of being seen or judged. This includes sharing more of my personal journey and doing more videos. 3. I choose to ground my ideas and visions into the physical realm. What life cycles are you choosing to end today?
